- Managed the 2023 National Awards for Local Government resulting in a substantial increase in applications and public votes, including hosting an Awards Breakfast for the Minister for Local Government and winners at the National Convention Centre- Recognised the need for data to inform evidence-based policy and instigated, compiled, and analysed intelligence on Australia’s 546 local governing bodies including generating and maintaining a spreadsheet with more than 6000 data points

- Considered how to clearly and succinctly distill the IGB’s complex policy issues and, as a result, developed strategic placemats for the Secretary’s initial meetings with new Ministers; the placemat templates were consequently shared across the APS- Initiated a department-wide upskilling program to improve effectiveness and professional presentation of visual graphic design in placemats and presentations

- Designed and managed publication of a 32-page printed 'glossy' titled Targeted Growth: The Next Five Years 2021-2026- Led the communications strategy for the release of the Northern Australia Development Program including developing a media kit with social media posts, standard words, FAQs, and an information sheet sent to over 2,000 stakeholders and organising a series of public information webinars attended by300+ stakeholders across Northern Australia- Led an analysis of the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility's (NAIF) data and policy processes

• Wrote 60+ articles & produced 20+ videos about Oak Foundation programmes & grantees for online & annual report publications• Integrally involved with the organisation of Oak Foundation’s global 5 yearly staff retreat & was the only intern asked to attend to deal with any & all last minute issues that arose• Invited to be a consultant for the Communications Team upon finishing my internship

- Managed the Science Policy Fellowship Program including supporting 31 APS 6 Fellows across 10 Government departments, their supervisors, and SES level program champions- Researched, wrote, and published the Mapping University Prerequisites in Australia paper as part of Australia’s Chief Scientist’s Informed Choices education initiative- Coordinated input, and contributed content and data analysis for the then Science Minister’s Bushfire Research and Technology Capability Map after the 2019-20 bushfires

- Key member of the Review of the Higher Education Provider Category Standards secretariat- Conducted an audit of Australian university freedom of speech policies and procedures and wrote sections of the FinalReport for the Review into University Freedom of Speech
