Manage the transition and expansion of the home based agent channel. This role includes looking for redundancies and ways to streamline the creation of content to be deliverable in multiple channels. In addition to channels, the deliverables can be used for both virtual and classroom training.

I developed a new program for transitioning Telesales representatives to create a consistent experience when moving from training to daily call center responsibilities. Within the program, I included a gamification which improved overall results. I also created training programs for new channels within the company.

During this time I received three service legends awards for work related to new hire programs. One of the awards was from peers voting me as the most valuable trainer. I took on the role of certifying trainers to facilitate classes and partnered with curriculum developers to create new training materials.

I worked to expand my virtual delivery program to other areas of the business. This was a temporary assignment to take the area program I developed and help create a similar program for a national level.
