Monitoring monthly revenue for each department and exceeding previous year totals by 10% or more.Recruiting, hiring and training of staff members for all programming departments.Scheduling and completion of group and private swim lessons for participants 6 months of age and older.Conduct lessons according to given standards and track progress of swimmers throughout process.Maintaining positive relationships with parents as well as swimmers for participant retention.Coordination of all bi-monthly complimentary and paid class schedules.Supervision of staffing classes, finding substitutions and handling disciplinary actions as needs arise.
