• Oversee and provide day-to-day management for the Major Subcontractors for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship program• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Subcontract Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure all Major Subcontractor deliverables are received on time and deemed acceptable• Review Subcontractor weekly reports to monitor trends, track performance and ensure any potential problems are discovered early• Analyze Subcontractors monthly Estimate at Completion reports (EACs) and incorporate into the internal EAC• Provide support as needed for the compilation of bid estimates and Proposals• Monitor and report on progress of deliverables received and successfully passed on to the Customer• Provide a weekly summary to the Project Directors covering the current status of the project at a high level, highlighting any potential upcoming issues• Risk Management, including monitoring and assisting with the management of all subcontractor and internal risks and providing a monthly Risk Status Overview to the Management Team and the Customer• Assist the Project Manager in the negotiation of all upcoming Contracts with the Major Subcontractors and the Customer, including the analysis and preparation of financials, Terms & Conditions, and Statements of Work to ensure seamless integration between all parties, within budget constraints• Assist the Project Manager as needed (preparation of Change Request forms, scheduling and hosting internal and external meetings, reviewing and/or preparing ad hoc documents, etc)
