Jess brings twenty years of systems change and network-building experience in the non-profit sector to her role as Executive Director of the Algonquin to Adirondack Collaborative.She has spent her career building networks and capacity for change towards a more equitable and regenerative future. Her work has focused on leadership development, changemaker education, urban green spaces, non-profit capacity building, and youth engagement. 🚲 She started her career by co-founding an award winning youth environmental non-profit that trained teams of young people to bike across the country performing a play about environmental and social justice issues.🐛 She is a lifetime nature nerd who is passionate about wild places and our responsibility to our more than human kin. 🌀 She is committed to doing the inner work that leads to outer change and anchors an Ottawa community collectively exploring what it means to Rewild Leadership.
