Hello, I am an educated and practiced Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the global benefits field. Since 2009, I have implemented and managed a wide variety of health, well-being, leave of absence and accommodation programs. I have served as a people manager, mentor, individual contributor, and collaborator. I am passionate about helping my company design an inclusive benefits strategy which complements the employee culture and supports a diversity of health and welfare needs. I love to find creative ways to clearly and concisely communicate the value of our benefits package to employees and their families. I find joy in mentoring early career HR professionals and in educating staff about health and well-being concepts. I am currently working towards earning the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) certification, a designation recognized as the leading credential in the employee benefits discipline.
