Client Services Manager
Current- Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Client Services (CS) teams, ensuring high performance in client interactions and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client service processes, focusing on improving satisfaction, streamlining collections, and increasing departmental efficiency.
- Analyze client feedback and financial metrics to identify trends, address service issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate AR and CS functions, resolving client and internal issues efficiently.
- Oversee the preparation and review of AR and CS reports, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding invoices and client concerns.
- Implement and enforce AR and CS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
