Key Account Specialist
Current- Serve as the single point of contact for 35-40 of the company’s top producing annuity agents
- Cultivate professional relationships with customers through providing customer service that goes above & beyond expectations
- Function as a liaison between agents, administrators, and other departments to resolve annuity new business & customer service issues
- Maintain knowledge base of federal & state regulations, product information & industry changes
- Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner including case review, follow up calls, managing incoming requirements, & covering for teammates who are out of the office
