Friends, family and co-workers describe me as being a good listener, a mentor and coach, accountable and transparent. Most importantly I am friendly, honest, trustworthy and true to myself and to all relationships in my life. I have had the privilege to work for an amazing company that has allowed me to grow and to develop myself so that I can become a valuable asset. I spent eight years as a Medicare trainer learning every day on what it takes to be a great facilitator. I am a Master Trainer with certifications in virtual training, instructor led training, instructional design and performance consulting. Over the past 10 years, I have built relationships with business partners and project managers and have worked together to provide learning solutions that align with organizational goals. In my personal toolbox of skills, I understand the need of identifying logistical situations and solutions. I am able to compartmentalize and organize multiple projects. I am goal oriented and am great at multi-tasking. I am a Certified Life Coach. As a mentor and coach I get excited to hear what others have to say. I listen to their fears, their successes, their failures and their goals they so eagerly want to achieve. Partnering with them and helping them attain their goals truly brings me joy.I am constantly improving myself and filling my toolbox of skills. I enjoy talking to others about their success in their fields in hopes to gain some type of tip or trick that I can make my own and use.
