Working as a delivery lead of up to seven teams (total of 80+ people) in the IT department. The teams are responsible for the API’s and platform of adidas.com (worldwide). Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the area. Ways of working:• Deliver software projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology. Focus on learning & iterating frequently.• Ensure standardised ways of working in the product area.• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.• Ensure that a risk and dependency management plan is created. Make sure risks and dependencies are raised and managed.• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.• Empower development teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assist by removing blockers.• Oversee daily activities of development team and provide direction and guidance where needed.• Ensure together with the Tech lead that the development team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.• Review the roadmap with the Product Lead and plan software delivery activities per quarter.• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, other delivery leads and vendors.• Set up dashboards and monitor and analyze team performance. Budget and people:• Accountable for IT resource allocations according to the product roadmap and provided budget.• Managing/monitoring the provided product area budget.• Managing third party suppliers (IT resourcing vendors).• Involved in department resource allocation, pre-selection of candidates and support in hiring decision (internal and external positions).• Ensure project compliance requirements are fulfilled.Also:• Provide agile training for new joiners.• Organize on-site team events and meetups.• Actively participating in the Delivery Lead community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge.

The DTG Zakelijk team is responsible for DTG.nl and MijnDTG (login environment). The scrum team consist of a Scrum Master, Product owner, Front-end developer, Back-end developer and Tester. Close cooperation with the design team. Activities:• Guiding the team.• Involvement in planning together with Product Owner.• Planning with team during sprint.• Facilitating team and removing impediments.• Creating tickets in Jira.• Working in Sitecore CMS for changes and testing. • Communication with stakeholders. Extra:• Functional testing of developed components and integrations in Sitecore.• Migration project software.• Migration project infrastructure.

The WordPress team was an agile scrum team consisting of: Scrum Master, Product owner, Business Analyst, UX-designer, Visual designer, Copywriter, Front-end developer, Back-end developer and Tester. I fulfilled the role of Scrum Master and Tester. The team was created for developing WordPress websites for customers.Activities:• Guiding the team.• Involvement in planning together with Product Owner.• Planning with team during sprint.• Facilitating team and removing impediments.• Creating tickets in Jira.• Working in WordPress CMS for changes and filling databases. • Communication with stakeholders. The Online Expert team was created in order to provide technical support for different departments within the company, but also for customers. We provided technical support on f.e. websites, email configurations and DNS settings.
