As a senior executive, I have built enterprise value by creating new revenue streams, developing successful and powerful technologies and running efficient operations. I bring the depth of experience gained from starting new businesses and also working for major corporations.I have always held positions requiring vision, determination, creativity and accountability.Prior to joining Experian, I ran QBE Property Tax Solutions. The company provided real estate tax services to mortgage servicing companies including mega-banks, specialty servicers, community banks and credit unions. I managed the P&L, met frequently with clients, oversaw ~180 employees in two locations and was ultimately accountable for operations. Before QBE, I worked at Countrywide for nearly six years. I designed the functionality for a new loan origination system used by over 10,000 loan officers. Working closely with stakeholders in all originations functions, I was entrusted to design a system capable of originating over $1 trillion in volume. The system was delivered on time and widely viewed as the most sophisticated and robust loan origination system ever developed. Additionally, I was one of the pioneers of internet-based lending. Beginning in 1995, I developed the technology that became mortgage.com, one of the leaders in the industry. I developed a clear vision for the technology and the business opportunity, raising money from Venture Capitalists and playing a key role in taking the company public. I started my professional career with Citicorp. There, I earned the distinction of being named to the President’s Club four years in a row, the first manager to achieve that distinction.
