During the 2 years in which I held this position, I initiated effective seminars and conducted support training for Agents on BoomTownROI Lead Generation System utilization and management. I also maintained a large (15,000+) customer database with which I improved tracking, reporting and client rapport. The job setting involved a high-level of multitasking in a fast-paced environment; which was seamlessly provided while maintaining an emphasis on quality.
