- Diagnosed technical issues, developed enhancement requests, and identified solutions for two electronic medical record applications – one focused on optimizing patient flow and improving capacity metrics and the other focused on providing business continuity access solutions to mitigate planned and unplanned downtimes.- Worked with 50+ hospital locations across 6+ healthcare systems (totaling over 6000 beds) to build and maintain bed boards, facilitate bed cleans, track admission, discharge, and transfer events and handle transfer requests from outside organizations.- Debugged code, provided analysis, and led client meetings multiple times a week with high level stakeholders.- Internally, wrote investigative reports for certain issues to determine if a notice should be sent to affected clients and wrote code searches used by every client to assess whether or not they were affected by known issues.
