A confident, dedicated and energetic leader with 25+ years of leadership, human resources and management experience obtained with the Canadian Armed Forces. A decorated and retired military veteran that has served in various capacities to support and implement Canadian Armed Forces duties and policies, such as floods in High River and Manitoba to overseas deployments in Bosnia and Afghanistan. Has been in charge of $30+ million of resources and equipment and has been overall responsible for supporting upwards to 300+ personnel being largely responsible for a safe, secure and healthy environment. Is extremely innovative in increasing productivity of shared visions, bringing desired results and excellence in high-pressured and complex situations. Has worked with numerous foreign and domestic organizations from all parts of the world in challenging environments, from peacekeeping to policing and security in high profile events, including combat operations. I will have completed the Master of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) with Royal Roads University (RRU) as of July 2020. My studies from within the MAIS program were predominately from the Disaster and Emergency Management Masters Degree Program offered by RRU, such as foundations of disasters, facilitation, coordination and decision making in multi-stakeholder environments, humanitarianism and environmental and resource-based conflict management. Still, other courses taken will also highlight other core values such as human resources, general leadership, change management and project management. During the challenging degree program, I have also become custom to different methods of research, developed a high academic level of writing and have learned and developed different styles of coaching in the workplace. I have also completed a University Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia and a University Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick.I am currently seeking employment as a leader within any organization and am predominately set up to perform in any environment relating to human resources, project management and emergency management. I am also willing to relocate.

The CQMS also serves as deputy to the company sergeant major and is the second most senior NCO in the company. A warrant officer holds this appointment.• Provided a healthy, safe and secure environment supporting 100+ personnel in 7 different locations.• Delivered weekly safety briefings relevant to weekly training, ensuring all fire routes were clear, numerous safety boards were up to date, first aid kits and eyewash stations and ventilation systems were functional. • Planned and coordinated as part of a small team small to large training exercises and deployments across western Canada, ensuring deployments were implemented and completed within budget.• Formulated and coordinated plans to ensure up to 300+ personnel were administered and given resources while deployed on diverse tasks over a large unique and harsh operating environment• Aided in planning and executing a Brigade Heritage Day event in conjunction with the 100th Anniversary of the PPCLI, by providing expertise in setting up and coordination with other units.
