Established on August 16, 2021, as a federally incorporated Canadian nonprofit and non-governmental organization, Aman Lara emerged in response to the escalating security and humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
Since then, our work has evolved into a broader, global commitment — providing safe passage, protection, and pathways to opportunity for refugees, displaced individuals, and those at risk. Now, as a registered Canadian charity, we are deepening that commitment by building lasting solutions that go beyond crisis response — empowering those we serve to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
