Afghan-Canadian Interpreters (ACI)

VISION: ACI believes that Afghan Interpreters and other Locally Employed Civilians who provided services to the Canadian Armed Forces in Afghanistan deserve to be relocated to Canada, along with their family members at risk if they remain in Afghanistan, and should be granted Canadian citizenship. MISSION: The Afghan-Canadian Interpreters Relocation Initiative believes that Canada has a moral and urgent responsibility to provide immediate relocation and safety to Afghan Interpreters and other Locally Employed Civilians who provided support services to the Canadian Armed Forces in Afghanistan. We also believe it is Canada's ethical duty to provide a voice for the unheard & left behind Afghans who took on both risk and responsibility for keeping our Canadian Armed Forces members safe in Afghanistan, a country we would have been unable to navigate if not for their help
