Conducted the Skillsville Pre-Program Youth Baseline Interview, Minnesota Executive Function Scale (MEFS) Assessment, Head-Toes-Knees-Shoulders-Revised (HTKS-R) Assessment, and Language Screen Assessment with children at various local sites throughout the Chicagoland area.

Operational Leadership and Development Team supporting approximately 500 at-risk Chicago youth with mental health capacity-building services and intervention research programming across 15+ Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and community sites.

Managed operating National Institutes of Health (R01 & R21) and DePartment of Education funded project budgets across 6 years as the official financial proxy to Program Director and P.I., collaborating and partnering with all internal/external staff including sponsoring agencies, organizations, and other research and educational institutions to ensure project objectives and timelines were attained. Additionally, directed program logistics such as scheduling, curriculum, facilities, technology, transportation, registration, enrollment, audits, etc.

Assisted in the implementation of the Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) curriculum at Joplin Elementary School. Facilitated community support group sessions virtually and in-person to both CPS students as well as teachers, staff, parents, police, and community leaders. Participated in weekly program development meetings and clinical supervisory training involving experimental exercises, didactic instruction, treatment planning, and case conceptualization feedback. Consulted with various professionals regarding evidence-based work such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Assigned (6) undergraduate students to facilitate individual multiple points of support across academic, personal, research, and professional development domains. Assisted undergraduate students with degree capstone research projects. Help prepare programming for Annual Scholars Program Research Symposiums. Led workshops on various topics such as Summer Research Internship Programs, submitting journal publications, the open science movement, etc.

Employed regulation behavior management skills and strategies to help support students in crisis. After-school occupational program coach for high school students engaging in transition work within local communities. Provided support in both conceiving and implementing IEP objectives for individual students. Provided daily reports to clinical treatment teams & assisted staff psychologists with problem-solving. Assisted in the facilitation of individual & small-group academic instruction. Created and implemented an evidence-based 100-day fitness-oriented emotional regulation curriculum within the High School Program. Helped secure $24,000 of internal funding to build out a new permanent fitness therapy room and led its design, managed vendor purchasing, and assisted the Facility Ops Department with its final buildout. Supported the work of doctoral students, medical researchers, and public health investigators on both Myalgic Encephalomyelitis & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Oxford House Projects.

Supported victims of domestic violence in both active & planning stage abuse situations, concerning over 350 calls. Presented at Chicago area universities on the topic of domestic violence (University of Chicago, Loyola University, etc.). Authored & submitted three grants (State of Maine, State of Vermont, & Dow) in the value of $136,000.00 (awarded).

Assisted the remote data collection of over 300 Oxford House inhabitants in 49 U.S. States via USPS.

Supported the development of a novel stress taxonomy for at-risk, urban youth through qualitative research conducted while also serving as a principal administrative liaison to (5) Chicago Public Schools partnership sites on the Southside of Chicago.

Administered specific tests from the WAIS-IV (under supervision), eye tracking technology, & skin conduct trials to study participants concerning age-related affective-based decision-making grant-funded (National Science Foundation (NSF)) research.
