I recruit for a client that is a major participant in the banking industry and fill positions on a national level ranging from Loan offices to Branch managers or account executives. I also actively recruit for various finance, legal, and engineering positions that are available in our office.

I report directly to my manager in the National Recruiting Center and oversee a team of recruiters who assist our offices nationwide in their recruiting efforts. I spearhead different recruiting plans when working various branches, communicate with branch managers, staffing specialists and regional field specialists to ensure our department's success. I coach recruiters on differnet phone screening techniques and examine reports to determine which branches need assistance nationwide. These reports allow me to delegate which recruiters will be assisting our branches and what their performance goals should be. I solicit, obtain, review and reinforce relationships with new and existing clients (branches)

I recruited providers to be a part of differerent networks in certain markets nationwide where we obtained new clients. I recruited Wal-Mart vision providers nationwide, as well as dental providers, chiropractic providers and any other medical specialty that I was assigned.
