During my tenure I have revamped the operational and financial structure of the organization to better position it for the future and completed a 3-year strategic plan to ensure its ongoing relevance and impact in frontline, low to moderate income communities. Initiatives currently in development under my leadership include a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), a 1.5-megawatt Community Solar project, a multi-family, mixed-use, affordable rental housing complex, and policy initiatives to catalyze a just transition to a carbon neutral economy.
