With years of expertise and success in production management, I have been fortunate enough to be an instrumental part in growing a company from a small entity into 3 plant divisions with over 300 employees. Having worked in a cross-functional environment, I have enjoyed and thrived in strategic planning, new business development, and innovative team building /mentoring with some of the best in the manufacturing industry. Our quality and customer service has been outstanding and has led to a tremendous reputation over the years.Having worked previously in the plastics industry, I have a great feel for an agile and fast paced production environment. Also, having managed over 600 employees, I had the ability to understand a multitude of different work place personalities as well as how to attract, retain and build loyalty with top talent in the industry.
