As an accomplished technical resource, I am called upon to solve problems that range from minor inconveniences to potentially critical issues. In my work, I manage large data sets on a daily basis, mapping workflows and visualizing results. I focus on the 3 Vs of data—volume, velocity, and variety—and leverage these data to inform decision-making and improve patient care across hospitals, health systems, and surgery centers. In my current role with FinThrive, I partner with clients to remediate issues with their revenue cycle management platform. While auditing existing processes, I discovered a flaw in the logic effort. I developed a new logic that enabled seamless review and workflow import, resulting in more than $1M in revenue for hospital clients. I am known for my expertise with Collections Manager, a web-based workflow tool that healthcare patient financial services organizations use to provide dashboard views of account status and follow-up activities. I have been recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) by the FinThrive leadership. I have been included in the company’s Champion Club and awarded its Above and Beyond Award.
