Responsible for driving sales within NA Business Partner Channel to help maximize revenue opportunities with SP1 Business Partners and/or Distribution Channel. • Primary point of contact for sales execution support for SP1 Business Partners/Distributors in North America.• Prioritize shipments at month and quarter close with Integrated Supply Chain.• Escalate pricing requests as needed.• Communication between the manufacturing team and Business Partners to understand and share shipping requirements and deadlines.• Navigate IBM Channels organization for problem resolutions spanning various areas of the business. • Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within Business Partner organizations.

Provide semi-monthly reporting and usage input to upper management on results, and areas needing improvement.• Manage all Business Partner Power and Storage trial and loan requests in North America. • Primary point of contact and subject matter expert on North America trial process. • Created and managed new process for handling Business Partner requests.• Improved and enhanced process over time as needed to drive down cycle time to an average of 5-7 business days. • Drive additional power and storage revenue through sale of trials. • Provide education to IBM Business Partners and IBM Channel teams on trial process.• Develop and maintain relationships with all areas of IBM for approvals and escalations as well as with key Business Partner personnel.
