As Director of Internal Operations, I oversee all Payroll, Human Resources, Union Benefits, Employee Benefits OSHA, labor laws, etc. as well as working with Project Management and the CEO of the company and our Director of Business Development. I am also responsible for all day to day operations AP/AR, marketing,etc. and all other facets that make an operation run smoothly. Love the interaction with all of my employees and co-workers and have every intention of making this my long-term goal in Human Resources. Achievements for me are the following: Fine Arts Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Degree and a minor in Paralegal studies.
