This position is responsible for the HR Strategy and tactics to support the Global Security and Global Finance organizations which provide security and financial services to internal and external clients in every size market up to and including multinational. Responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions while having the ability to relate and drive a digital/technology/emerging workforce culture. Provides HR guidance, counsel and strategic input to maximize the effectiveness of the Global Cybersecurity and Global Finance organizations operating in 13 countries and comprised of 15 senior level executives and 800 associates worldwide with a budget of over $80M in salary cost.
