In a highly competitive landscape, I achieved a baseline plan for site activations and enrollment for a Phase I/II advanced refractory solid tumors study with responsibility for cost and personnel time tracking and analysis, process improvements, executive and sponsor reporting, vendor management, and bid defense. Under controversial prospect, I also worked in partnership with a client and advocacy groups to execute a complex gene therapy study for the treatment of Hemophilia B subjects in which we were able to accelerate start-up timelines despite the extensive regulatory process required for gene therapy trials.
