Leveraged consumer insights to develop innovation that meets consumer and retailer needs. Spearheaded all Canadian business and marketing plan development. Led development of the Sunlight Masterbrand new brand positioning, brand architecture, packaging redesign and integrated marketing communications including launching the social media platform.Sr. Brand Manager on Sunlight Laundry: Developed and launched Sunlight Green Clean and Sunlight Deep Clean. Led new production innovation from consumer insight, formulation, packaging to consumer advertising and in-market activation. Both new products won Best New Product Awards and drove Sunlight market share and year on year sales growth.

Launched Unilever Canada's Shopper Marketing department, establishing the function/expertise across the organization. Developed and led a team of 7 to build and executed business-building customized shopper marketing programs across all major retailers.

Successfully launched Unilever’s #1 priority new brand - Sunsilk haircare - with a 360 degree multi-faceted intergrated communication program.

Grew Costco business (large personal care portfolio) +14% year on year with new product introductions and organic business growth.
