Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Current- Conduct therapy sessions with adolescents, adults and families in an outpatient setting- Specialize in populations struggling with eating disorders, body image distress, perfectionism, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex family systems- Utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) as well as Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to support clients- Provide recovery coaching to eating disorder clients and their families - Collaborate with client's psychiatrist, registered dietitian and primary care physician for a treatment team approach
