I have spent 10+ years as an Organizational Health Consultant and Executive Coach implementing change initiatives for teams. My mission is to partner with leaders to build effective teams by shifting to a culture of collaboration through co-creating safe spaces where teams can work collectively and interdependently to establish greater beneficial value with and for their stakeholders. As a systemic team coach, I use an experiential approach that elicits and reinforces the kinds of positive behaviors that people working together need to engage in to accomplish great things together.
