Served as Acting Director for the Center for the Education Abroad and Away while director was on leave. Worked closely with the Dean of Global Education; led the Center in strategic initiatives; set priorities and work assignments for two full-time staff; worked with faculty leaders for short-term faculty led programs and created procedures and timelines for program applications and administration; completed major revisions and clean-up cleaned up the Terra Dotta application system (materials, questionnaires, program updates, etc.); worked with the Registrar's office on new transcripting policy and procedures for study abroad and away; led work in defining Center staff roles.

Served as interim advisor in the Center for Education Abroad and Away (CEAA), a division of Global Education at Minnesota State Mankato. Led a major revision and overhaul to the Terra Dotta Application system; advised Minnesota State Mankato students on their study abroad and away options; represented and presented CEAA at orientations and admissions events; collaborated with CEAA staff in the creation and implementation of application policy and procedures; attended NAFSA Int'l Conference and met with partner exchange universities and program providers; provided detailed visa advising and problem-solving.

Working with the IR Team at the UofMN Learning Abroad Center (LAC), I support on-going institutional relations with colleges and universities in the United States, sharing information about LAC's outstanding study abroad programs with prospective student applicants.

My work focused on seeking out new employment opportunities for refugees to the Mankato area and to strengthening existing employer relationships. Create the MCC Meet the Staff video series and a bimonthly MCC Connections Newsletter.

Directed and managed all aspects of faculty-led summer study abroad programs for credit. Created polices and procedures, set up the summer study abroad office, implemented application and acceptance packets as well as pre-departure and re-entry programming, risk/liability policies/procedures, faculty training, program development manual. Managed program promotion, liaised with faculty, staff and college departments, and created the summer study abroad intern program.

Co-founded Pilgrimage Theatre. Produced two plays in the Los Angeles area: the award winning Duchess of Malfi in 1998 and Terra Nova in 2000. Created and wrote for Trail Mix newsletter. Managed and produced all aspects of 99 seat theatre productions.

I served as Executive Assistant to the digital imaging engineers, the amazing and brilliant department who created the first set of digital lenses used by George Lucas on the last two installments of the Star Wars trilogy.

I worked as a production coordinator for a SPX Makeup effects studio headed by Academy Award(tm) winner Greg Cannom. Film credits include: Bicentennial Man, Blade, From the Earth to the Moon, The Dish, Kull the Conqueror (I fit the suit), and Idle Hands. Script breakdowns, set/production liaison, production correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties.

Served as a box office associate and ticketing agent both in-person and over the phone.
