Ensures high productivity, low cycle times, reduced cost and high quality while maintaining availability and ensuring a positive Customer experience. •Business Process – Improves business processes to reduce non-value-add activity, increase productivity, accelerating throughput and achieving high levels of quality while improving the Customer experience.Manufacturing Engineering:Certified on Universal Through Hole automation equipment. Specialize in programming, preventative maintenance and repair of Radial, Axial and DIP insertion machines. Currently responsible for VCD 6241D, VCD88 as well as Radial 6380A and 6796 DIP inserters.Over ten years experience in creating high level assembly work instructions to consistently produce high quality output of electronic equipment for the power supply industry.Responsible for assembly line design and layout as well as work flow processes to meet one piece flow and Lean Manufacturing concepts.Responsible for designing, modeling and implementing assembly fixtures to enhance assembly processes in order to increase work flow capacity.Responsible for the design and testing of all outbound packaging materials in which products shipped. Effectively reduced damaged product returns to less than 3%.Responsible for writing simple to very complex internal procedures for Manufacturing processes.Responsible for bill of materials restructuring in order to maximize work flow.Responsible for creating customer installation drawings that are supplied with shipped product for in field modifications.Specialize in company acquisitions and responsible for coordinating physical relocation, layouts and documenting acquired work processes.
