I have represented many businesses as the prospective or existing tenant in the evaluation and negotiation of commercial real estate leases and lease amendments, and I represent investors, developers, businesses and individuals in various commercial real estate purchases and sales, including the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties and mixed use developments.
