Former Race Director and founder of the Race To The Top Of VT (RTTTOVT). I organized this 4.3 mile hill climb up Mt Mansfield, the highest mountain in VT. This event is a fund raiser for the Catamount Trail Association and is the second largest hill climb in northeastern US. The event is open to competitive runners, mountain bikers, and non-competitive hikers and attracts some of the world's best athletes along with week-end warrior competitors. The RTTTOVT offers over $23,000 in awards and raffle prizes and attracts participants from over 30 states and Canadian provinces.

I worked as the Executive Director for the Catamount Trail Association (CTA), the non-profit organization that manages, maintains, and protects the 300-mile backcountry ski trail, which spans the length of VT. As ED, I developed various outdoor events as fund raisers for the CTA including the Ladies Nordic Ski Expo, The Get Out and Backcountry Ski Festival, the Catamount Challenge Backcountry Ski Race and Tour, and the Race To The Top Of VT. As of Jan 1, 2013, I resigned as the Executive Director to take on the part time position as Race Director for the Race To The Top Of VT.

I directed the Rossignol Nordic Racing Program for the nation's top competitive athletes. I worked with everyone from the top juniors to Olympic athletes in the sports of cross country skiing, biathlon, and nordic combined, and ski jumping. I also organized and directed Team Rossignol, a professional marathon ski team, which travels nationally competing in marathons and promoting Rossignol and the various other sponsors of the team. During my tenure as Race Director, Rossignol won more national titles and sponsored more Olympians than any other ski company.
