Independent Computer/Network Contractor
CurrentStrong technical background with computer-based equipment, including data and network storage, Windows-based desktops, laptops, back-office servers, business printers (including narrow-format and wide-format printers) and self-service equipment (ATMs and kiosks) . Strong working background with Dell and HP computer equipment. Experience with CISCO, Dell and HP Networking equipment including switching and routing devices, RAID and NAS units, Wi-Fi routers and access points. Strong background in dealing directly with the customer with equipment maintenance, installation, and service support. Strong troubleshooting skills and the willingness to work a problem to its resolution and the availability to assist customers and co-workers outside scheduled working hours. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interface with the customer and co-workers. Focus on the important details when conducting day-to-day business, aligning customer business needs with company success, growth and profitability.
