I grew up in Memphis, TN and graduated Millington Central High School. Upon graduating, I enlisted in the US Navy and went to Information Systems Technician "A" school (IT) and then Navy SEAL (BUDs) training class 231. Upon graduation from BUDs training, I went to SEAL Team FIVE and did three deployments, to include Fallujah in 2004. I separated honorably from the Navy in 2005, and worked at Tactical Explosive Entry School (TEES) in West Memphis, AR as a master breacher and sniper instructor. I rejoined the US Navy in July of 2007 and went to SEAL Team SEVEN. I did three deployments at SEAL Team SEVEN and then went to Millington, TN to write all of the orders for the enlisted personnel for the SEAL Teams. In 2014 I went to SEAL Team EIGHT to do two tours as a SEAL Platoon Chief, then I went to Training Detachment TWO to be the Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) for the Land warfare training cell. I ran all of the Land Warfare training for the East Coast based Teams. I left TD2 in 2020 to return to Millington, TN to write the orders again for the enlisted SEALs until I retire.
