Clinical Value Analysis is an integral part of the supply chain management team. The CVA is a collaborative department that uses a strategic, standardized process to ensure the products, technologies, and services we choose support the highest level of care for our patients at the most appropriate cost. The quality outcomes and cost reductions are achieved through New products and/or New technology with better pricing, standardization, and appropriate and effective product utilization.

In 2013 Arbor Pharm. purchased the rights to promote the Gliadel Wafer in the United States. At that time additional specialists were added to increase the market awareness. My current territory consists of Ohio and Michigan. From April 2010 until April 2013 I was based in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania within The Therapeutics Institute Team at InVentiv Health supporting the Eisai Gliadel Wafer project. Coordinated day to day operations of the sterile processing area. Facilitated departmental orientation, continuous staff development and quality improvement. Developed, plan, implement, and monitored processing function activities within established policies and procedures, standards of care, operational expectations, budgetary parameters and long range objectives.

Sold orthopedic implants to surgeons and hospitals. Inventory manager for entire Northwest Ohio territory. Inventory included the instrumentation and implants for total joints and trauma surgeries.

Provided patients with orthopedic custom braces. Sold soft goods, operating room products, and orthopedic implants to hospitals and surgeons.
