I am currently managing the Cloud Consulting team for Yardi Systems, a global real estate software company. My teams focus on Relationship management, Incident management, Technical Project management, and Environmental oversight for Yardi's largest clients. Over the last fifteen + years, I have had an amazing opportunity to grow with Yardi Systems. I started out in Yardi’s corporate IT team as a junior network administrator and have been lucky to be involved with such a talented and supportive group of professionals.After Santa Barbara Aerospace relocated to San Bernardino I had good fortune to go back to school and soon found myself working towards getting Microsoft certifications. When I started at Hendry Telephone Products, a manufacturer of racks for telephone equipment, doing desktop support I found out quickly how much I enjoyed interacting with the end users. I was happy to find that same enthusiasm for customer support when I came to Yardi and I’m excited to still be helping users understand the technical side of IT.
