As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter for PNC’s Shared Services group, I was aligned to the Technology team and primarily concentrated on the recruitment of Application Developers, Architects, Project & Program Managers, and other experienced technical positions across the entire PNC Bank footprint. As a consultative business partner, I was responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process from defining the hiring manager's needs and expectations, to passive candidate sourcing and interviewing, through offer negotiations and on boarding. In my role I collaborated across the PNC HR architecture, in a “One HR” model, to present complete recruiting solutions to internal clients while maintaining OFCCP and EEOC compliance and a focus on diversity hiring goals.
