Project manager for various engineering projects focused on equipment upgrade, decommissioning, customer account validation, and data integrity issues. Also provided analytical support to assists in project management for Copper to Fiber transitions and customer account transformation.

Telecom Engineering process and training development

Administrative support, equipment spec creation, inventory standardization, PSR/ASR/ISR work flow troubleshooter. Devised the M6 OSS Support organizational structure so it acts as a cohesive support network which encompassed all aspects of M6 activities including back-end support, inventory, equipment, and network templates.

Leading a multi person team that analysis data sources against The MetaSolv database and makes appropriate corrections to ensure across the board data integrity. Tools used are: Oracle Network Integrity Tool, SQL, MetaSolv, various business databases, advice comparison tools both telnet and EMS.

Responsible for managing the hands on equipment and circuit inventory of 142 West Virginia Central Offices as well as incorporating the audit results into MetaSolv (M6). Lead/managed the four 2-man inventory teams, and a 7 man M6 input team, to accuratly gather equipment/circuit information and convert that data into a workable equipment and circuit inventory in M6.

 Developed and conducted training for the MetaSolv trouble module to include its integration with Virtual Front Office, Viryanet. Providing both one-on-one and class room instruction on the M6 trouble module, Virtual Front Office, Viryanet, and DPI. Developed job aids, training material, and slide-shows used to train over 150 personnel on trouble ticket creation, management, and process flow. Assisted in UAT during Trouble Module process development. On-site consultant during Frontier’s Trouble Module stand-up for their West Virginia-Verizon conversion. Identified problems, set up organizations, and provided assistance in all aspects of process flow for both circuits and POTS trouble tickets. Developed and provided job aids encompassing methods and procedures used by Network Operations Center personnel to manage trouble tickets and work flow. Troubleshot problem areas and identified defects to ensure smooth flow of tickets and prompt customer satisfaction. Consulted NOC Management on defect “process work-arounds”, ticket statistics, and work-force management..

Conducting an inventory of all acquired central office equipment and circuits for Frontier Communications in West Virginia. Developed computerized inventory techniques capturing relay rack, shelf, slot, card and all associated CLEI codes. Also all cross connect information and assigned circuits. Completed central office inventories in Martinsburg, Hedgesville, Falling Waters, recovering circuit information for over 5000 billable circuits, fiber/t3/t1 conduits, as well as equipment specs and provisioining information for 250 racks of telecom equipment.

MetaSolve training and apprenticeship under Tim Strickland covering; basic system functions, administrative actions, Equipment Specs, PSR, ASR, EWO, trouble module, and basic circuit designs. Also training on general Telecommunications principles and operations.

Managed a team of 4 Airman supporting publications requirements for C-130 combat, non-combat, and humanitarian missions. Responsible for maintaining accountability of all US Air Force technical orders for aircrew. Managed a multi-million dollar Flight Information Publications (FLIP) account for all flying operations at the 317th Airlift Group.

Computes hover, takeoff, climb, cruise, and landing data. Determines engine fuel consumption using airspeed, atmospheric data, charts, computer, or electronic calculator. Records aircraft performance data and aircraft system status for maintenance debrief and aircraft usage analysis. Operates and monitors engine and aircraft systems controls and indicators. Assists pilot or performs engine starts, and monitors run-up, flight operations, and engine shutdown. Operates engine controls to provide desired efficiency and economy. Monitors engine instruments throughout period of operation. Controls, monitors, and regulates some or all of the following aircraft systems, hydraulic, pneudraulic, fuel, electronic, air conditioning, pressurization; ventilation; auxiliary power unit; and lubrication communication, navigation, countermeasures, radar, and depressurization and system failure. Observes warning indicators and light for fire, overheat, depressurization, and system failure. Reports abnormal conditions to pilot, and recommends corrective action. Plans and organizes flight engineer activities. Organizes flight engineering standardization, qualification, and other requirements of flight engineer logs, reports, and records for accuracy, completeness, format, and compliance with current directives. Directs flight engineer activities.Ensures conformance with prescribed aircrew procedures. Inspects and evaluates flight engineer activities. Evaluates individual and group performance in terms of effectiveness and qualification in using equipment and materials. Interprets and discusses evaluation findings, and recommends action to correct deficiencies
