Helped them decide to participate in a coalition of non-competing CPG companies called GiftLink.• Developing the Taco Bell Frequent Rewards Club, an electronic loyalty program tested as the model for a YUM (PepsiCo) national loyalty program. -Went on to develop loyalty programs for RadioShack, Chevron & Blockbuster• Headed team that won the Taco Bell account, then the agency’s largest client. Held and grew account to over $8 million since 1988 despite constant client change (6 Marketing VP’s & 5 ad agencies). Managed merchandising and promotions for launch of Taco Bell’s industry-first “value initiative” that led to 20%+ annual sales increases.• Member of new business team that secured Blockbuster, Chevron, Citibank, H&R Block, Harley-Davidson, Kraft, Kodak, RadioShack, Sears & Sony accounts• Developed POP Metrics, an industry-first research tool for quantifying the effectiveness of point-of-purchase materials as well as several other proprietary planning tools including STARS (for identifying tie-in partners) and PromoBank (a computerized database of innovative promotions used globally).
