As a member of the Marketing Department I direct, produce and edit internal/external videos and photos. I meet with clients and assess what they want and use that to build custom graphics, forms, videos and solutions to give a great user experience. I also design and implement graphics for websites, social media, emails and print materials. While supporting the various websites I also determine design/brand standards and present web results to internal stakeholders.

As part of the Marketing Department I direct, produce and edit internal/external physician video and photo shoots. Because of the videos I have formed strong relationships with the physicians. I build our Social Media presence by developing and designing contests and other campaigns. In order to meet clients’ needs I meet with them and assess what they want and use that to build customized forms and solutions. While supporting the various websites I also determine design/brand standards and present web results to internal stakeholders.

As a Web Developer in the Marketing Department I was involved with the design, development and implementation of new features of the internal and external websites. I created user interfaces and worked with database staff in relation to database linkage and back-end integration. Interviewed physicians and stakeholders to find other ways to help make our company more efficient with online and paper processes.

As an Interactive Designer in the Marketing Department I built great relationships with internal clients including physicians and medical staff which are still strong today. I designed and maintained Dean Health System’s internal/external websites and met with department directors to assure content was accurate and fresh. I also trained internal staff how to navigate Adobe software so they could add content to specific areas of the website.

Working at Finishline Studios I designed and developed websites from start to finish. I met with new clients to gather their wants and needs and developed their website based on that. I would also meet with current clients and address issues they might have and also show them some new intriguing ideas. Handling and prioritizing multiple projects was something I gained and excelled in from this experience.

As an Interactive / Graphic Designer at Beyond Interactive (advertising agency) I researched and presented marketing strategies for clients including Nickelodeon, American Greetings and Santa.com. I designed and implemented custom banner ads, email campaigns and interactive flash animations. I executed and thrived in this fast paced team atmosphere while leading and supervising Junior Designers.
