I am a software developer who uses technology to solve the tough problems businesses often face, is passionate about helping companies find ways to use technology to make complex processes faster, easier, more efficient and more productive. I'm able to use existing software applications in combination with custom development to create an integrated solution.I have a somewhat unique view of software development because I can see things from a technical perspective but also understand the larger, and sometimes more important, business and strategic goals for a company. With this experience and ability to see the details as well as the larger, 10,000 ft view I can bring a powerful set of skills to the table for companies looking to take their products and services to the next level.I enjoy working with people and helping them to grow in their careers. Many times people just need the opportunity to show what they are capable of and, with some belief in them from someone else, they will often surprise even themselves with with they can accomplish. I love to be around and work with others that have a desire and need to learn new things, grow professionally and personally, and cultivate their curiosity.
