Results-driven, pragmatic, and open-minded, I am a people and organization focused manager who has worked with clients in several industries such as Higher Education, Pharmaceuticals, and Banking. Some of my key initiatives include developing a training and onboarding plan for new hires, helping to transform Spectrum from a $500,000 company to a $4,000,000 company before being acquired, and implementing project management software that has allowed our division to more effectively manage multiple projects across multiple platforms and track, report, and analyze employee activity and bandwidth, along with campaign and project metrics. I’ve worn many hats in my career including Account Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager as well as more informal roles of Financial Analyst, Accountant, HR Rep and change agent. As a result of those and other experiences, I’ve developed a unique ability to expertly manage multiple projects and identify and solve complex issues. Throughout my career, I’ve learned a few things about myself: - I want to see people succeed. If I can give extra the push or motivation to get someone to reach their ceiling, I have done my job. - I’m very team-oriented. I don’t care who gets the credit. We are a team. If one of us wins, we all win. - I am open to change, and will push change when it will ultimately benefit the organization and those around me. - I stay calm under pressure. A focused mind will discover a way to navigate and solve complex problems. - I love being around positive people and working in a positive culture. I’m also a self-professed Disney and Harry Potter nerd who loves to wake up early to plan out my day. Some of my best ideas have come while riding the Rock n’ Roller Coaster, or hiking on trail, or between exercises during a morning workout.
