 Project Description: CDD (customer due diligence) project is an IBM FileNet BPM and Amazon cloud(AWS) based based service package to Bank customers. Values more than $100 million, serving biggest bank in HK for policy compliance purpose. Service Management:  Understand customer’s requirements and feedback through internal communication.  Lead team to handle incidents, collaborate with L3support in Portugal and CLOUDOPS in UK on escalated incidents.  Carry out ticket quality management to ensure that SLA requirements are met. Successfully solved an average of 100 incidents per month.  Major challenge is to balance introducing new change and stability of current system. Change Management: As a rotating chairman of Change Advisory Board, work with different supporting teams to handle customer’s change requirements. Carry out change templates definition and maintenance. Refine meeting process, collaborate and negotiate with different related parties to control risk of new changes, and make Board running more efficiently. Team Management: responsible for daily operation and management of the team, formulate workflow, establish training system and performance appraisal system, take charge of team member recruitment, training and performance appraisal. Other Achievements: Served as test lead, involved in and completed the test of CDD project. Supported Hongkong HSBC CDD project, monitored application status with New Relic tool and batch services with database MS SQL Server queries. Supported IT advisory solution biddings.

Regularly conducted project progress report with client. Led development work in major workflows and Lotus form refinement.  Major challenge is requirement details agreement with client, a lot of communication and collaboration with internal teams and negotiation with clients is conducted, on-hand trouble shooting is necessary sometimes, finally successfully achieved the signoff of the whole service package.  Accomplishment: Customer’s satisfaction with our responsibilities and trouble shooting ability. Energy Reduction Platform Project for Chongqing Electric Supply:  Energy Saving Solution for Chongqing Electric Supply Company(1 year) Key responsibilities: led the team to conduct end-to-end project test including functional test and performance test. Designed test case and carried out performance test with SoapUI to validate performance bottlenecks (web service) in the project. Instructed the team on configuration management. On-site deployment. CNNP (China National Nuclear Power) ECM-BPM Project:  Value more than 2 million dollars Responsibilities: communicated with customer to understand the requirements, assessed the feasibility of requirements implementation, developed and implemented test strategy. Led major components development with J2EE, Spring, OpenJPA, etc.

 Project Management: worked with project manager in the US to develop test plan, controlled project progress, risk and quality. Successfully completed over 100 projects per year, including ECO-IT performance project, SAP platform performance test project, etc.  Team Management: responsible for daily operation and management of the team, provided trainings to new members on performance test tools and techniques, communication skills, etc. Expanded ECO-IT performance team from 3-6. Test Management: developed and optimized testing process, coordinated with application team to conduct performance test, analyzed testing results and helped technical team to solve problems. Organized regular review meetings with project manager in the US and customers.
