My entire professional life has been in marketing, starting with my studies at New York University in Prague. During my professional career I initially focused on B2C product marketing, including the creation of eshops, SEO, creation of marketing materials and acquisition strategies.I then ran a language school and created content marketing and expanded the company's portfolio across the Czech Republic with several branches and languages, including Czech for foreigners for the University of Pardubice.Subsequently, I accepted the challenge to manage a product distribution network with 30 branches worldwide and to focus not only on product marketing but also on regular B2B communications, trade fairs and social media. According to an in-depth analysis of the results, we implemented a relevant strategy to support each branch.In the next phase, I led the Central European marketing communications for an automotive company. This included B2B communication, PR, creation of marketing materials, online communication in close cooperation with the sales department, organisation of acquisition conferences, redefinition of new products and market launches. Together with the HRM department, I was also involved in regular internal communication towards employees (newsletters, reporting, competitions, communication platforms).After a short stop in water management company ACO I settled as the head of marketing at Comgate, taking care of communication and lead creation. This position challenges all my previous experience combining advertisement, SEO, B2C and B2B, funnel analysis, internal and external communication with support of my great and reliable team members.In my work, I rely mainly on data analysis (sales, acquisitions, leads, traffic, A/B testing, etc.) and their interpretation, from which I suggest relevant steps to boost the company's sales. I like to apply modern tools and services leading to support external and internal communication of the company.I am also no stranger to catalogue creation (InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation creation. I am of the opinion that marketing can be measured by data on the basis of which to create relevant strategies. I like to learn new skills and can evaluate non-standard situations and find solutions to them.
