As Team lead, we are provide daily Switch and Radio reports to the customer on time. Monitoring all the KPI for Network performance and revert to our internal team. • As Team Lead, manage the Ericsson Performance team and motivate them to give excellent service delivery to the customer.• Responsible in daily monitoring of network elements to ensure the benchmark values are met or exceeded. This includes performing impact analysis on software loads, hardware upgrades and other major network activity.• Provide performance reports for Core and radio network elements. Responsible for the scheduling and modifying criteria as required in the daily, weekly and monthly reports.• Review and evaluate different counters and KPIs to be used in the performance analysis.• Day to day monitoring of measurement transfer of network elements to ensure completeness of data.• Regular update of SQL scripts in mining data from database whenever there are new network elements to be activated• Develop statistical and traffic related reports on Core network elements summarizing the overall health, performance, and capacity.• Create/Modify Business Object templates as per customer/Internal Requirement.• Design Excel Macro to optimize the work load and accuracy• Handling with planning & optimization team related to performance reports.• Coordinating with Internal team for delivery of reports to customer, trends of KPI’s on daily, weekly, monthly basis.• Check/Monitoring the Data Loading and Aggregation status in ENIQ/OSS.• Develop the Scripts in OSS to take automated log or command output of the system.
