As Team lead, we are provide daily Switch and Radio reports to the customer on time. Monitoring all the KPI for Network performance and revert to our internal team. • As Team Lead, manage the Ericsson Performance team and motivate them to give excellent service delivery to the customer.• Responsible in daily monitoring of network elements to ensure the benchmark values are met or exceeded.
