Profile extensive traveling in the region, Job ResponsibilityAllottment of Each Set per the DDIS receipt in WEB System & also the review of the same with all concernes till the release of SFT.Approval of Commissioning Check List and Warranty Intitation Document Uploaded by service provider in Web System & review for the same with all concerns allocate DG.Review on Registration of Ticket Nos Correctly without any dlay along with Open Ticket & Spare Requirement Updation through WEB System and with all concered Reports. Review and approval of Service Provider Bill’s As per System.Fixing Target for Spares for Service Provider based on their Population and Spares Planning from regular intervals. Also review in line with spares management for planning of minimum stock requirement of spares. Surprise Visit to the Customer Site to asses DG Set and Service Provider Capability & their Spin and also visit to the sites where non- singed reports by customers.Collect the data on Market Devlopment on Spares & for Services.Feedback on DG Sets/WEB System and any other PGG Related issues after the review with each service provider if any. Reviewing of system of service provider, SPIN at site, service provider premises based on the weekly Review Meeting on our WEB System Review of Smelling on Issues which are going for Notices & to the Legal Cases same has to be reviewed and to the Legal Cases and same has to be reviewed seriously with service provider interaction customer
