Operations:• Ensure efficient school operations in the District • Implement operationalization of new schools as per plan• Ensure adherence to operational processes, give feedback on their efficacy• Monitor delivery of pedagogic requirements in the District and provide feedback• Maintaining MIS data base of all aspects of schools and giving timely and authentic feedback through MIS to the State office• Ensuring proper implementation of Mid Day Meal Program Community Outreach and Land Acquisition:• Making target Panchayats aware of the Satya Bharti School program aiming at making them partners in the process.• Effective survey of villages and lands within laid down plan from State Office• Ensure Panchayat Resolutions from Gram Panchayat for govt lands to be acquired• Ensuring legal check of land ownership and document authenticity• Liaison and interaction with Education and Revenue departments for school recognition and land allotment• Liasioning and coordination with community/CBO/PRI/Local Leaders/Govt. Dept.• Processing of school recognition with District Education authorities Finance and Materials:• Manage and monitor financial allocations• Ensure proper fund utilization and economy of use• Plan, monitor and assist in procurement and delivery of school equipment and stores for schools Support Functions: • Managing HR planning, facilitating CV generation and supporting HR for hiring of teachers and field staff• Coordinate and oversee activities of Operations with Finance, HR and Construction resources at State level• Supporting Training Team in conducting teachers and field staff training Team Leading:• Team building, motivation and coordination among District team• Manage performance appraisal system of the district team
