.Key responsibilities are:•Co-ordination with the statutory and internal auditors to get the accounts audited Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly.•Ensuring integration of accounts related processes like invoicing, receivables, vendor payments.•Advance tax and self assessment tax calculation and deposit.•Ensure compliances to the EPF, ESIC and other labour laws.•Liaison with the Government authorities and offices for upcoming and ongoing projects in India.•Take-up for the new business avenues.•Attending conferences and meetings with CII, FICCI, MSME and other Govt. officers.•Liaison with banking and financial institutions for project funding.•Preparation and execution of Agreements with clients mostly ULB’s, and State Govt.•Project operational and special audits as directed by the management from time to time.•Preparation and submission of tenders invited by GOI.•Looking after company supported NGO’s and their fund management

As a part of job following duties were performed-•Preparation Accounts with the incomplete records.•Preparation of final accounts of company (s)•Preparation of Income Tax scrutiny submission.•Preparation of Income Tax returns for submission under search proceedings.PRE-QUALIFICATION –ARTICLESHIP EXPOSURE

As a part of articleship the following duties were performed. –•Verification of Assets•Compliance with Accounting Standards•Audit: Internal Audits, Statutory Audit, Bank Audits and Tax Audit.•Income Tax Return Filing of individual as well company returns, E – TDS filing,•Filing of Service tax return and Excise returns etc to respective department.•Finalization of Accounts & Taxation.
