Job Responsibilities:Handling Bank & Cash operation & day-to-day accounting work to ensure timely & accurate payments with proper accounting.Preparation of MIS Reports - Daily and Weekly Accounts Report for Management.& for the closing of accounts and preparation of trial Balance & P&L A/C. Prepare Monthly Budget and Comparison Sheet of Budget of Management.Tracking Tuition Fees status of Students prepares monthly statement of Fees Receivable and Received.Handling payments to venders and various in-house expenses ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational goals Maintain & reconcile various bank accounts to eradicate any discrepancies.Prepare vender wise payment details for TDS deductionAssist in Finalization of Books of Account

Job Responsibilities:Maintained control over all the Customer Database of Life Insurance, General Insurance and Kissan Credit Card.Prepare Monthly Commission receivable report.Prepare Commission payable status to sanchalaks of 870 choupals on quarterly basis.Prepare Daily login and Sales Report on daily basis and Monthly Reports for Branch Review, Circle Review and for HO.Compiled the data for Monthly accounts from all the Hubs and facilitated timely closing for accounting purpose. Followed and maintained the payment systems by recording ERP systems and also Manual Registers for better ControlsCoordinated with hubs for short queries ensure timely dispatch of proposal forms to insurer & FPR Bonds & Cover notes to hubs.Had regular interaction with the Insurance Company to smoothen the process Reconciled the payments to insurer & Receipt from Hub.Service tax Payments of FS and returns as per requirement under Service Tax Act, 1991Assist in Finalization of Books of Account
