I started my sales journey with the Colgate Palmolive India Ltd as TSI .in 1999. this was the company from where I learnt a lesson of route level retail market.after a 4 years I join the tata chemicals as S.E of bihar.a fantastic journey with this company , I was awarded the best SSE of North India two times during the meeting of darjling and puri. the most important part of our sales was our training which was conducted every month in different part of North India. so many awards , appreciations ware owned and awarderd by my team during the sales journey with tata salt.in 2006 we launched the tata I shakti in bihar and achicheved 130 % growth in first time..into talking with this company I learnt many thing but the important part was focusing the wholesale market as well as retail importance both.after that in 2007 I joined the tata Aig life ( insurance sector) where I continued with the company till the end of 2012 end. again it was long association with a tata AIG life, this was the very challenging sales journey for me to run with goal sheet with company. and successfully I completed here 6 years + with several reward , award and appreciations..and after that I had..worked in indo brine industries Ltd , sahaktibhog aata (.Kumar foods industries Ltd as an.ASM.of bihar. after that b.l.agro industriesLtd as ASE south bihar and for a very short span of times in pansari group as an ASM. till 15 th sept 2013. in concluding manner I can say that companies like Colgate and tata has always emphasize on training part of employee rather than sales. but after that no company I hv seen that like previous. in total it was mix but very challenging Era of sales.
